ตามที่ปรากฏในสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ กรณีคลิปชาวต่างชาติทำคอนเทนต์แต่งเต็มนุ่งสั้นเดินในซอยนานา และพูดในเชิงทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อภาพลักษณ์การท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทย
จากการตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมของชาวต่างชาติรายดังกล่าวพบว่ามีการไลฟ์สดขายสินค้าออนไลน์ ซึ่งเข้าข่ายการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เป็นความผิดตาม พ.ร.ก.การบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวฯ พนักงานสอบสวน บก.สส.สตม. จึงได้แจ้งข้อกล่าวหาต่อชาวต่างชาติรายดังกล่าวว่าเป็นคนต่างด้าวทำงานโดยไม่มีใบอนุญาต เพื่อดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป
ทั้งนี้ สตม. ฝากเตือนชาวต่างชาติที่เข้ามาสร้าง content ในประเทศไทย โดยพยายามให้เกิดประเด็นเชิงลบ ซึ่งไม่เป็นความจริงและเกิดผลกระทบต่อภาพลักษณ์และบรรยากาศการท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย โดยมีเจตนาแฝงเพื่อสร้างกระแสเรียกยอดไลค์ในโซเชียล อาจเป็นเหตุให้ถูกดำเนินคดีตามความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องและขึ้นบัญชีคนต้องห้ามได้

Upon checking the said foreigner’s action, it is found that the said foreigner goes live selling products online which is considered the offence of being a foreigner working without permission under the Foreigners’ Working Management Emergency Decree.
The said foreigner is charged with the offence of being a foreigner working without a work permit by the inquiry official of Investigation Division, Immigration Bureau and will be prosecuted according to the law.
Therefore, Immigration Bureau would like to remind foreigners who enter Thailand for creating contents by trying to make negative issues which are not true and affect Thailand’s tourism image and atmosphere, and have hidden intentions to go viral and get a lot of likes on social media that “this may cause the foreigners being prosecuted according to the related offences and recorded in the blacklist.“
